Pool Inflatable Rules
- Users must be aged 6 Years +
- User height restriction is between 1.1m and 1.8m
- The maximum weight allowance is 13st / 90kgs per person
- Users must be able to swim unaided (no armbands)
- Do not enter the obstacle course until permitted to do so by the lifeguard
- Do not jump or walk onto the starting platform. Safe access such as crawling or gentle sliding onto the platform is only permitted
- Sharp objects including goggles, jewellery or locker keys are not to be worn during use of the inflatable.
- Rough or reckless behaviour will not be permitted
- Somersaulting or diving off the inflatable is not permitted
- Swimming under the inflatable is strictly prohibited
- Maximum number of users at any one time is 2
- When using the slide, all users must be seated, cross arms over chest, with hands touching shoulders and feet first
- Once completing the obstacle course, please exit the pool water safely and quickly. This will prevent delays in the queue
- Hanging or swimming under the anchor ropes is not permitted
- Persons with medical conditions must inform the lifeguard on duty
- You are not permitted to use the inflatable if you suffer from any heart condition, spinal or physical injury
- Expectant mothers are not permitted to use the inflatable
- Failure to comply with the rules may result in ban from use
- Obey lifeguards’ instructions at all times
Pool Info
- No pre-booking required
- All customers must check in at reception upon arrival.
- No glass bottles or containers allowed in the Westside Changing Village or onto the Pool Deck
- Last admission is 40mins before the advertised closing time.
- Only customers of 16+ years of age may use the facility after 8 pm.
- Each session lasts two hours.
- Our Main Pool will be closed from 4:30-5:30pm Monday – Friday, 9-10:30am Saturdays. All other services will be open as normal
- Tuesday &Thursday 4.30-5.30 main pool closed small pool and spa area opened
- All under 11’s must be supervised by an adult in the water. Please view our child admission policy in the about section of the website for further details.
- Swim Hats are required to be worn at all times when in any of the pools. They can be purchased on arrival, one size fits all.
- All babies must wear a swim nappy while swimming. These are available to purchase on arrival.
- Arm bands and other floating aids can be purchased at reception
- Snorkels, masks and flippers are not permitted, unless preauthorised with lifeguard on duty.
- No outdoor footwear on poolside.
- No prams, buggies or baby chairs allowed on poolside
- Our changing village consists of individual, family and group changing cubicles.
- Personal belongings must be secured in the lockers provided. Locks can be purchased from reception.
- Hairdryers are available to use at a small cost.
- Appropriate Swim Wear MUST be worn (No bikini thongs/white shorts)
- All customers must shower in pre cleanse area before entering the pool.
- All weak swimmers or non-swimmers, including swimmers with floating aids must remain within their depth at all times.
- Eating or hot drinks are not permitted on poolside, this includes chewing gum.
- Our pool will always be supervised by trained Lifeguards. Swimmers must obey lifeguard instructions at all times.
- The following activities are NOT allowed: running, bombing, running jumps, ducking, horseplay.
- Diving is only permitted in the deep end of the pool as per signage in place.
- When taking part in lane swimming, we ask that swimmers adhere to a clockwise format to avoid collisions.
- We generally provide a slow and fast lane, so we as swimmers to be mindful of their ability when selecting the correct swim lane.
- The lifeguard will announce the end of each swim session with one long whistle blast.
- Persons who are or appear to be under the influence of drink or drugs are not permitted in the pool at any time
